Here at Scout Adventures we have a wide variety of events in our growing list and we need your help to make it all happen!

2025 Events

Please see below the list of events we have coming up for 2025. We will keep this updated with what we need and additional opportunities throughout the year - you can log back in at any time to take a look! As a starter we've put 4 of our largest events below for you to indicate your availability. Please note if you select you want to attend an event we will then follow up with you to confirm if you have been selected and ask any event specific questions we may have around eta, food, rooming etc. Once we have timelines we will also share this out!

Fundays 2025 - 14th/15th June

Our Gilwell Fundays event is once again returning for 2025 with a circus theme! Fundays is 2x day events with programme running from 10am-4pm. There is also the option for attendees to stay overnight. We would love support from all event teams so if you're available let us know!

Takeover 2025 18th-25th August (Focus on 22nd-25th)

Our Gilwell Takeover event is once again returning for 2025 with a new format! Based on feedback from the first couple of years we have changed up our timeline with all events happening in the same week culminating with all age groups on site for the bank holiday weekend. We would love support from all teams so if you're available let us know, we're happy to be flexible with this one and with Reunion the following weekend there's chance to support both if that's something you're interested in!

Gilwell Reunion 2025 29th-31st August

Our Gilwell Reunion event is once again returning for 2025! Reunion is an all adult residential event running from Friday to Sunday. We would love support from all event teams so if you're available let us know!

Scarefest 2025 31st October-2nd November

Our Scarefest event is once again returning for 2025 off the back of a successful return in 2024! Scarefest is one of our most popular events targeted at the Scouts and Explorers age bracket with activities during the day turning spooky at night! We would love support from all event teams so if you're available let us know!
