Group Registration

Select your group size and give us the names of everyone attending. We have limited bookings for up to 5 adults as larger groups can cause some buffering on the system. You are welcome to create as many bookings as you want if you require any more spaces than that.

The first person in your group will be the group contact (that's you!). You'll be the person we send updates to and who can make changes to the booking.

Accessible parking required

We only have a very limited number of spaces available, so please be considerate and only select this option if you need it. Your space may still be a considerable distance from your pitch.

Pitch with power

We have a small number of pitches for medical needs (e.g. for CPAP machines that don’t run on battery). Please be considerate and only select this option if you need to. These pitches will be in a designated area only available to campers requiring this.
Following feedback from Reunion 2023, we have reviewed the location for these pitches, and you are now able to select the field you would prefer to be allocated on.

Travel details

To provide with a seamless experience upon your arrival and departure, we need to collect some information in regards to the number of parking permits your group might require. This is only required to be answer on this first page, and will apply to all attendees. To save resources and time, we won't use paper parking permits this year. We'll collect vehicle registrations closer to the time.
