Catering
All tickets are fully catered from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch.
We’re able to cater for the 14 key allergens, as well as vegetarian, vegan and halal diets. Our catering team will try their best to cater for other allergies or intolerances, but we're unable to cater for personal tastes or preferences.
Camping
We’ll provide you with a green space to pitch your tent. You’ll have access to a shared toilet block, shower facilities and water tap.
Please remember to bring your own tent and camping equipment.
Indoor accommodation
If you’d like to upgrade to indoor accommodation, you’ll get a cosy bed in a shared dormitory with all bedding provided. You’ll have access to shared indoor bathrooms and living area.
Accommodation will be split by gender. Please let us know when you book if you’re travelling in a group and would prefer a room together.
Accessibility
We want our event to be accessible for everyone! If you need indoor accommodation for health or accessibility reasons, please select "camping ticket", then email our team so we can arrange accessible accommodation for you.
Workshops
We know you're excited for workshops, we're working hard on putting together an exciting and informative programme. Workshop bookings will open in September. Preliminary workshop titles include:
