All weekend tickets include camping from Friday 4th September - Sunday 6th September. If you wish to arrive early (Pre-Camping) or upgrade to a caravan/ campervan pitch, you can do so below. Please note Pre-Camping is available from midday Tuesday 2nd September, we are unable to accommodate any earlier arrivals due to other events in our calendar. Attendees must leave site on the afternoon Sunday 6th September and there will be no opportunity to extend your stay further, please plan accordingly!

Upgrade to a campervan or caravan to your booking.

You'll be assigned a pitch for your vehicle. You only need to add one campervan/caravan charge per vehicle, rather than per person. Be aware that these fill up fast and we only have a limited number available. Campervan/Caravan pitches will be available from Friday 4th September unless early arrival is selected below.

Pitches are 7x4.5m and will be allocated upon arrival, due to the arrangement of the pitches movement of the caravan once in position it won't be moveable till the end of the event.

Make your stay a little longer by adding early arrival to your booking. You'll be able to pitch from 13:30 on your selected arrival day. We are unable to allow vehicle access to any of our camping fields even for early arrivals, we do intend to have a reduced kit run service available during this time to support where needed between 13:30 and 17:30 each day, outside of these times there will be some trolleys available to support. Please plan accordingly.

The Gilwell Fellows programme exists to support the continuing development of Gilwell Park for future generations; giving more young people and adult volunteers the chance to experience and connect to Scouting’s heritage, enjoy outdoor adventure, and benefit from its protected natural landscape.

Through their vital funding, Gilwell Fellows help ensure Gilwell Park remains a place where young people and adult volunteers can gain practical skills, build lasting friendships, and create unforgettable memories.

Entry-level donation is £2,500, which helps us maintain and improve Gilwell Park for generations to come. If you’d like more information, the Fundraising team will contact you with details – with no obligation to join.

Alongside our staff and volunteers, the Gilwell Fellows are the only visitors who will be staying on site during Reunion, and we are delighted to be able to offer you rooms in the Peter Harrison Lodge. Please note that the accommodation is basic, designed to provide a simple and practical stay during the event. All bedding and towels will be provided in the Lodges, but please bring toiletries and any other items you require for travel. Accommodation must be paid for in full at the time of booking to secure your place.

Please review the below questions and indicate whether you need any of the following. Please note, we are unable to offer any indoor accommodation to participants of this event.

Do you require Accessible Parking? We will capture vehicle registration and issue a parking permit closer to the event.

Do you require a powered pitch for a CPAP/ medical machine? If yes, please select your preferred camping field. Please note that you won't be able to drive your vehicle onto Essex Chase.

To help us with our event planning, let us know how you're expecting to travel to the event this year. We will capture final plans and issue digital permits in the month leading up to the event.
